Refunds Policy
Late Delivery Refunds
If for some reason (excluding Saturday delivery dates, adverse weather, strikes, blockades or natural disasters) a delivery attempt has not been made on your chosen day and your delivery option was Special Delivery, Whoosh will give you a credit towards your next order, or a refund of the postage paid.
Sorry but refunds for late delivery on balloons sent by 1st Class mail cannot be given.
Deliveries to some remote parts of Scotland will take up to 2 days, please check below for postcodes of areas affected by these rules. Refunds for late delivery to these areas will only be issued if enough time was allowed when ordering.
Damaged or Lost Goods Refunds
If your order does not arrive or arrives damaged, Whoosh will give a full refund. Unfortunately replacement balloons cannot be sent. Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the chosen delivery date.
Complaints
We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 1 working day and resolve complaints within 3-4 working days.

That's a great gift! Thank YOU! It was very nice, thanks very much. I waited until my Mother was at home and let her open it. She was highly impressed!
